We are seeking a goal-oriented Business Manager with a strong background in international sales, ideally within the DACH region and IT services. In this role, you will focus on business growth by fostering strong relationships with existing Sii clients in Germany and actively pursuing new customer acquisitions.

Your tasks

  • Actively acquire new customers from key sectors (automotive, high-tech, retail, healthcare, banking, utilities,) based in Germany and interested in nearshore services
  • Sell IT services to foster business development
  • Be responsible for organizing and conducting sales processes for Germany-based clients, including meetings with customers (business travels), preparation of offers and presentations, and coordination of contracts
  • Support business development through participation in the pre-sales process
  • Achieve defined sales objectives
  • Observe and analyze the market
  • Create sales and marketing strategies related to products and services for the German market in cooperation with the Marketing Department
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities developed together with the Marketing Department
  • Act by mission, main goals, and key values of the company

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in international sales of projects and services
  • Business proficiency in German and English
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in general
  • Experience in preparing sales offers and conducting promotional presentations
  • Higher education - IT or Business degree is preferred
  • IT and software technical expertise is a plus
  • High-achieving personality, goal-orientation, dedication and self-reliance
  • Passion, determination, and can-do attitude, natural ability to create good, positive relationships with people
