A corporate bank catering for large organizations and the public sector. The bank focuses on providing service and finance solutions for companies from selected industries.

The challenge

Implementation of the tool supporting the work of regional advisers of corporate client and allowing the management of the sales department to monitor sales KPI.

What we did

  • Analysis of the sales process for a corporate client.
  • Design and implementation of a system supporting the sales of bank’s products and its monitoring based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
  • Data migration from MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 system.
  • Extensive, cross-sales reports.
  • Integration of customer data with accounting system.
  • Training and documentation for business users and IT.
