As a System Owner in the Diagnostics Manufacturing IT area, you are responsible for the entire life cycle of IT systems within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) ecosystem. You ensure that the systems are established and operated in a stable, secure, and compliant manner with regulatory and business requirements. You work closely with international teams and support continuous improvements to the IT system landscape.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the implementation, operation, maintenance and further development of MES systems at several international locations
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP, FDA, ISO 13485) and internal quality standards
  • Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Leading and coordinating system upgrades, migrations, and optimizations
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Creating and maintaining system documentation and conducting training for users and support teams

Requirements

  • Experience in the administration and support of IT systems, ideally in the area of manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of MES systems (PharmaSuite) and their integration into company processes
  • Previous work with regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP compliance, FDA regulations, ISO standards)
  • Analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in an international environment and in working with global teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required

  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
