We are seeking a strategic and results-driven candidate to join our Technology Project & Portfolio Management team. This role will enhance the impact and efficiency of our portfolio management function by driving alignment with divisional strategy, optimizing operating and engagement models, and leading key initiatives such as investment planning, QBR analysis, and portfolio governance. Ideal candidates will bring a structured, strategic approach and a passion for delivering business value through effective portfolio oversight

Your tasks

Defining and implementing an effective operating and engagement model for the portfolio management function
Shaping and executing a robust portfolio management strategy with well-defined, client-driven, and strategic OKRs supported by a clear roadmap
Developing, implementing, and maintaining portfolio governance policies to ensure division-wide adoption and compliance with internal and external requirements
Leading the creation of high-quality Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks, investment analysis, and executive-level materials for informed decision-making
Supporting the annual investment planning cycle by driving a structured prioritization approach for informed senior management decisions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders to ensure portfolio insights inform key decisions

Requirements

Expertise in technology investment planning, portfolio management, and governance frameworks
Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, governance models, and best practices
Ability to align portfolio decisions with broader business strategy and articulate value to senior stakeholders
Strong communication skills with executive presence to influence and engage senior leadership
Proficiency in PowerPoint and data analysis to develop compelling executive-level presentations
Background in top-tier consultancy or equivalent experience in structured, strategic environments

Завдання

Розробка, впровадження та підтримка політики управління портфелем для забезпечення прийняття та дотримання внутрішніх і зовнішніх вимог у масштабах всього підрозділу
Керівництво створенням високоякісних щоквартальних бізнес-оглядів (QBR), інвестиційного аналізу та матеріалів для керівництва для прийняття обґрунтованих рішень
Підтримка річного циклу інвестиційного планування шляхом застосування структурованого підходу до визначення пріоритетів для прийняття обґрунтованих рішень вищим керівництвом
Побудова та підтримка міцних стосунків з провідними бізнес- та технологічними лідерами для забезпечення інсайтів портфеля для прийняття ключових рішень

Знання методологій управління проектами та програмами, моделей управління та кращих практик
Здатність узгоджувати портфельні рішення з ширшою бізнес-стратегією та формулювати цінність для вищих зацікавлених сторін
Сильні комунікативні навички з виконавчою присутністю для впливу та залучення вищого керівництва
Володіння PowerPoint та аналізом даних для розробки переконливих презентацій для керівників вищого рівня
Досвід роботи в консалтингу вищого рівня або еквівалентний досвід роботи в структурованих стратегічних середовищах
