Our tight-knit HR team is looking for a communicative, conscientious person with very good English skills as a one-year replacement. This role is a great opportunity for people who want to gain their first experience in HR and grow in an inspiring work environment among people who support each other and focus on cooperation.

We do not require years of experience more important to us is openness, commitment and willingness to learn. If you enjoy working with people, are well organized and not afraid of new challenges, this role is for you.

Your tasks

  • Assist HR Operations Manager in all duties and processes to enhance employee satisfaction
  • Comprehensive administrative services for employees, including preparation and filing of HR documents (contracts, annexes, certificates, labor certificates)
  • Recording and monitoring of working time, absences, vacations and sick leave in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Building positive relations with employees, daily assistance in solving their problems
  • Providing day-to-day HR services to employees (benefits, medical care, insurance)
  • Conducting onboarding AND offboarding
  • Substantive and procedural support for the employment of foreigners

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2/C1) - prerequisite
  • At least one year experience in administrative or HR work - willingness to learn and develop in the above-mentioned areas
  • Good work organization, accuracy and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel)
  • Willingness to work from the Krakow office at least 3 days a week
  • Knowledge of Polish language and residence in Poland required
  • Willingness to work for a period of 12 months under a substitute contract
