The challenge
Effective expanding of the testers team in a short period of time due to the fact that project flows from others branches of the company from USA or Canada.
What we did
Sii in Gdańsk, for its Client, has established the Test Centre – a team of Firmware&Software testers who carry out a complex process related to software quality assurance. The team works at Sii’s office in Gdańsk and closely cooperates with the Client’s division located in the same city.
Effects
Efficient gathering of adequate candidates’ profiles and creating a stable and competent testers’ team, which has knowledge about specifics, the environment of the work and tools characteristic to the projects realised by Client.
Lowering of the costs of project realisation in the Quality Assurance area occured by outsourcing the whole team (work takes place at our localization and on our equipment).
