The challenge
The Client wanted to build their own Center of Excellence. They also needed help in choosing the best RPA-class solution and training selected employees.
What we did
- Building, validation and implementation of automation (in the Citrix virtual environment),
- comprehensive training in creating process automation for employees and training for RPA environment administrators,
- ongoing consultations on the implemented robots, assessment of the correctness and effectiveness of robots.
Effects
An independent unit that can build and manage robots was created.
