The challenge
- Reaching bank customers more effectively through a global website;
- Centralizing the management of multiple sites for many markets on which the bank is present, for better management of marketing activities and driving sales.
What we did
Sii has become the main implementation partner for the bank, taking responsibility for deliverables and workforce quality, while allowing the customer to bring value to the market faster.
The scope of our responsibilities included:
- Custom implementation of Adobe AEM 6.1 (later on AEM6.2);
- Development of multiple portals based on DPS core;
- Deployment on multiple markets & in many languages;
- Development of user segmentation mechanism;
- Design and development of templates and components;
- Responsive Web Design;
- Development of presentation and business logics;
- Creation of specification for integration with different DPS modules;
- Architecture analysis and optimization;
- Extension of existing functionalities, based on updated requirements;
- Technical documentation based on analytical and design work.
