About the client

Global provider of Claims Management Solutions. Since 2001, the company has been providing expertise and Claims Management Software that makes each part of the process easier for all involved.

The challenge

  • building new products dedicated to support claims management processes.

What we did

Sii team has been supporting Scalepoint in the development of claims automation software to implement innovative software tools and applications. The team has been running full-stack development and testing activities of cloud-based services dedicated to support the client’s key products and develop a digital automation platform. Sii Scrum team with close cooperation with the client’s Product Owners was responsible for:

  • business analysis and system design,
  • application development, testing and support,
  • system implementation and maintenance.

Effects

Solutions built by the Sii team supports the process of digitalization of claims handling by giving final customers a quick and digital way to access their claims. By using the built-in estimation and validation tool, EasyClaims platform secures appropriate pricing and makes claims handling quicker and easier. The communication platform guarantees secure communication between internal and external parties and customers.
