About the client
Генеральна інспекція автомобільного транспорту (ГІАТ) була створена для контролю за дотриманням правил, що застосовуються до здійснення автомобільних перевезень та некомерційного перевезення осіб і вантажів. Вона працює, перш за все, над усуненням усіх несприятливих явищ у сфері автомобільного транспорту.
The challenge
The dynamic development of the road transport sector and the increasing number of cars call for continuous improvement and the introduction of new systems allowing efficient control of compliance with road traffic regulations. GITD carries out several projects and IT undertakings simultaneously; hence the need for their coordination and management in a methodical way, guaranteeing the expected results.
What we did
We have taken charge of a pool of projects carried out by GITD. We manage projects using widely recognized methodologies such as Prince2, sharing experience and disseminating good practices.
Effect
Achieving the set project objectives, e.g. timely completion of next project stages and delivery of products of the required quality.
