About the client
Sports streaming service belonging to the British company Perform Group. The DAZN platform is available to users from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Japan, USA, Canada, Brazil, and Italy.
The challenge
The client’s dissatisfaction with the quality, lack of improvement and cost of the testing services provided by the previous supplier.
What we did
We provided functional tests for DAZN applications distributed for multiple devices: web browsers, mobile, smart TVs, game consoles, and streaming gadgets. The team was involved in UAT for areas: streaming, content coherency, registration, and payments process. We cooperated in a distributed environment, communicating with specialists from Katowice and London.
Effects
Our team identified many previously unnoticed defects. Today we are responsible for tests on the new 2.0 and old 1.0 apps executed daily basis in constant cooperation with development teams.
