Ваша основна місія полягатиме у поєднанні амбітних проектів Sii та найкращих талантів України. Ви будуватимете стратегічні партнерські відносини між менеджерами з найму по всьому бізнесу та українським відділом рекрутингу. Ви будете підбирати кандидатів на різні технічні та нетехнічні посади, забезпечуючи відмінний досвід роботи з кандидатами. Ви також активно впроваджуватимете інновації та пропонуватимете вдосконалення процесів. Ви будете працювати з одними з найкращих інструментів для підбору персоналу - CRM з безліччю функцій та автоматизацій, LinkedIn Recruiter, штучний інтелект та портали з працевлаштування. Ми будемо інвестувати в будь-які нові інструменти, які ви знаєте та рекомендуєте.

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join us at Sii Ukraine.
Sii Ukraine is part of Sii Group, one of the leading IT, Engineering & BPO services provider. We guarantee strong market expertise, knowledge sharing, and support within marketing activities, recruitment tools, and processes. Joining us gives you a chance to join a growing Ukrainian branch that has grand ambitions to follow the success path of Sii.
Your core mission will be to connect Sii’s ambitious projects and Ukraine’s top talent. You will build strategic partnerships between the Hiring Managers across the business and the Ukrainian recruitment department. You will deliver candidates for our range of technical and non-technical roles by delivering excellent candidate experience. You will also actively innovate and propose process improvements. You will be equipped with some of the best recruitment tools – CRM full of features and automations, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI and job portals. We will invest in any new tools you know and recommend.
