The challenge
Integrated environment for internal, external and store type account lifecycle. Automated flow of data from HR to AD, Azure, Office 365 so the account is ready since day one, and automated onboarding and off-boarding after finishing employment.
What we did

- 3rd line support for resolving issues with accounts and requests.
- Adjustment and optimization of user lifecycle processes
- Development of integrated master verification reports.

- Resolving issues with synchronization.
- Definition and enforcement of standards, guidelines and processes within MIM
Effects
The environment allows automatic deployment of users to all integrated systems as well as on-boarding, change and off-boarding. All Static and dynamic distribution groups are maintained via MIM portal.
