This global subscription-based streaming provider offers live and on-demand broadcasts to sports fans in over 200 countries and regions around the world. The new sales platform expands the customer base to include institutions and companies.
In a diverse offering of DAZN Group, present on various markets, users will find broadcasts of such disciplines as: football, boxing, martial arts, basketball, baseball and motor sports. They can be viewed on home and portable devices. Due to the expansion of the offering with an additional service distribution channel, DAZN Group needed specialized support in the development and configuration of a new sales platform, embedded in the Salesforce ecosystem, already tested and proven in the organization. Implementation of the sales platform for B2B model
A team of experts, which was set up in response to Client’s needs, approached the subject in a comprehensive manner, first by auditing the business logic of the current solutions. Then, the implementation part for the new platform was planned in such a way that the target solution would ensure a high level of scalability.
The next step was to implement the required changes using “Enterprise Patterns”. To name a few, this process included: configuring the Salesforce chatbot responsible for sharing the knowledge base, as well as for contacting customer’s agents. Afterwards, it was the creation of a website for publishing content on the website and many components, accelerating users’ work with the solution.
