Are you passionate about finance and have prior experience in AML/KYC processes? Join our team! We are currently seeking individuals to support one of our financial industry clients as part of our Business Services Competency Center. This is a great opportunity to apply and develop your skills in a dynamic environment, working on regulatory compliance, sanctions screening, and financial crime prevention.

Your tasks

Performing KYC due diligence at the start of new business relationships and during periodic reviews to ensure AML and CTF compliance
Following up with customers and dealers for required documentation
Documenting and updating records in relevant systems
Identifying and reporting AML/CTF “red flags"
Assessing sanctions screening results
Improving procedures with the compliance team and creating new ones when needed
Participating in the digital transformation and automation of onboarding processes
Supporting responses to inquiries, audits, and inspections

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC, AML & CTF compliance or in audit functions within the financial sector (asset)
University degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Economics, or equivalent experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong operational skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear instructions
Capable of meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment
Knowledge of complex customer ownership structures
Excellent command of Polish and English, with additional proficiency in either German or Spanish

Nice to have

Knowledge of Portuguese

Завдання

Проведення KYC перевірок на початку нових бізнес-відносин та під час періодичних оглядів для забезпечення відповідності AML та CTF

Виявлення та повідомлення про «червоні прапорці» AML/CTF
Оцінка результатів санкційного скринінгу
Покращення процедур разом із командою комплаєнсу та створення нових за потреби
Участь у цифровій трансформації та автоматизації процесів онбордингу
Підтримка у відповідях на запити, аудити та інспекції

Наші очікування

Мінімум 3 роки досвіду у сфері KYC, AML та CTF комплаєнсу або в аудиторських функціях у фінансовому секторі (бажано)
Вища освіта у галузі бізнесу, права, комплаєнсу, економіки або еквівалентний досвід
Відмінні аналітичні та навички розв'язання проблем
Сильні операційні навички з умінням перекладати складні процеси у чіткі інструкції
Здатність дотримуватися жорстких термінів з високою увагою до деталей
Здатність працювати самостійно та в команді у різноманітному середовищі
Знання складних структур власності клієнтів
Відмінне володіння польською та англійською мовами, додаткове володіння німецькою або іспанською
