The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data work (e.g., RAG / Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. Your tasks

Developing applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
Creating and developing integrations using API and MuleSoft
Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
Designing business process automations
Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
Participating in testing and optimizing solutions
Developing and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
Experience with integrations, including API and web services
Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
Very good communication skills in English - minimum B2 level
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
Fluent English language skills

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including contextual data solutions and RAG-based approaches
Practical knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven data applications
Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations and modern data ecosystem architectures
Understanding of CI/CD practices, Git version control, and software delivery processes
Awareness of data security principles and experience working with secure data environments
Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant certification
