We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions with a strong focus on document-centric workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Python-based backend development.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to build intelligent solutions that automate document processing, information extraction, knowledge retrieval, and workflow orchestration.

Your tasks

Designing and developing GenAI applications using modern LLMs and AI frameworks
Building and implementing Agentic AI workflows capable of multi-step reasoning and task execution
Developing document intelligence solutions for processing, extracting, summarizing, and analyzing structured and unstructured documents
Creating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge sources
Integrating AI solutions with internal applications, APIs, and business systems
Optimizing prompts, workflows, and model performance to improve accuracy and efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable AI solutions
Ensuring solutions meet security, governance, and performance standards

Requirements

At least 5 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on expertise in building applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration concepts
Strong understanding of document processing, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions
Expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar technologies
Ability to integrate AI solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise business systems
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and fluent English proficiency (required)

Ідеальний кандидат матиме практичний досвід розробки додатків із використанням великих мовних моделей (LLM), фреймворків агентного штучного інтелекту та бекенд-розробки на базі Python.

Ви будете тісно співпрацювати з бізнес- та технологічними командами для створення інтелектуальних рішень, що автоматизують обробку документів, вилучення інформації, пошук знань та координацію робочих процесів.

Завдання

Проектування та розробка додатків на основі генеративної штучного інтелекту (GenAI) з використанням сучасних великих мовних моделей (LLM) та фреймворків штучного інтелекту
Створення та впровадження робочих процесів на основі агентного ШІ, здатних до багатоетапного міркування та виконання завдань
Розробка рішень для інтелектуальної обробки документів, що дозволяють обробляти, витягувати, узагальнювати та аналізувати структуровані та неструктуровані документи
Створення рішень на основі технології RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) з використанням корпоративних джерел знань
Інтеграція рішень на основі штучного інтелекту з внутрішніми додатками, API та бізнес-системами
Оптимізація підказок, робочих процесів та продуктивності моделей для підвищення точності та ефективності
Співпраця з міжфункціональними командами для розуміння бізнес-вимог та їх перетворення на масштабовані рішення ШІ
Забезпечення відповідності рішень стандартам безпеки, управління та продуктивності

Наші очікування

Щонайменше 5 років досвіду в розробці програмного забезпечення та високий рівень володіння мовою Python
Практичний досвід у розробці додатків з використанням генеративної штучного інтелекту та великих мовних моделей (LLM)
Знання фреймворків агентного ШІ та концепцій координації багатоагентних систем
Глибоке розуміння обробки документів, інтелектуальної обробки документів та рішень з управління знаннями
Експертні знання в архітектурах RAG, векторних базах даних та моделях вбудовування
Знання фреймворків ШІ, таких як LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI або подібних технологій
Вміння інтегрувати рішення ШІ з API, хмарними платформами та корпоративними бізнес-системами
Відмінні навички вирішення проблем, сильні комунікативні здібності та вільне володіння англійською мовою (обов’язково)
