We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. This is a strategic role focused on governing the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-powered developer tools and Model Context Protocol servers within our organization. The successful candidate will be engineering the essential guardrails, evaluation frameworks, to ensure they are secure, compliant, accurate, and aligned with our enterprise standards.

Your tasks

Implement and document AI agents in an enterprise context, enabling developers to innovate following the strictest compliance and regulatory standards
Spearhead the design and conceptualization of an automated process to evaluate and certify MCP servers
Establish clear standards for the quality, structure, and maintenance of the knowledge corpora (documentation, code examples, data files) that power the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities of each MCP server
Secure, test, and validate the primary integration registry component. Define the security requirements and acceptance criteria for an MCP server to be included in the official enterprise registry
Work closely with development teams, platform owners, and security stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the governance framework is practical, enabling, and effectively risk-mitigating
Continuously refine the evaluation criteria and governance model based on learnings, new threats, and evolving technology, ensuring our governance keeps pace with the speed of AI innovation

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including a thorough understanding of what constitutes a high-quality knowledge corpus and how to evaluate RAG system performance
Demonstrated experience implementing AI Agents, particularly in the context of MCP prompts, resources, tools, and utilities
Excellent ability to design service-integration processes and their automation within an agentic environment
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level business and technical requirements into a concrete governance framework
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in the Polish and English languages
Residing in Poland required

Успішний кандидат розроблятиме основні засоби захисту, системи оцінювання, щоб забезпечити їхню безпеку, відповідність, точність та узгодженість з нашими корпоративними стандартами.

Завдання

Впроваджувати та документувати агенти штучного інтелекту в контексті підприємства, дозволяючи розробникам впроваджувати інновації відповідно до найсуворіших стандартів відповідності та регуляторних норм
Очолити розробку та концептуалізацію автоматизованого процесу оцінки та сертифікації серверів MCP
Встановлення чітких стандартів якості, структури та підтримки баз знань (документація, приклади коду, файли даних), які забезпечують можливості розширеного пошуку (Retrieval-Augmented Generation, RAG) на кожному сервері MCP.
Захистити, протестувати та затвердити первинний компонент реєстру інтеграції. Визначення вимог безпеки та критеріїв прийнятності для включення сервера MCP до офіційного корпоративного реєстру
Тісно співпрацювати з командами розробників, власниками платформ та зацікавленими сторонами з питань безпеки, щоб зрозуміти їхні потреби та забезпечити практичність системи управління, її спроможність та ефективне зниження ризиків
Постійно вдосконалювати критерії оцінки та модель управління на основі отриманого досвіду, нових загроз та технологій, що розвиваються, забезпечуючи відповідність нашого управління швидкості інновацій у сфері ШІ.

Наші очікування

Щонайменше 5 років досвіду, з яких щонайменше 1 рік - у сфері пошуку з розширенням (Retrieval-Augmented Generation, RAG), включаючи глибоке розуміння того, що являє собою високоякісний корпус знань і як оцінювати продуктивність системи RAG.
Продемонстрований досвід впровадження агентів штучного інтелекту, особливо в контексті підказок, ресурсів, інструментів та утиліт MCP
Відмінні здібності до проектування процесів інтеграції сервісів та їх автоматизації в агентському середовищі
Стратегічне мислення зі здатністю переводити бізнес- і технічні вимоги високого рівня в конкретну структуру управління
Виняткові комунікативні та міжособистісні навички, здатність впливати та керувати як технічними, так і нетехнічними зацікавленими сторонами
Вільне володіння польською та англійською мовами
Проживання в Польщі є обов'язковим
