This project involved architecting and supporting an enterprise-scale recipe management solution within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role focused on designing and integrating a core manufacturing application with surrounding MES, LIMS, ERP, and PLM systems, while enabling robust reporting and analytics capabilities. Responsibilities included translating complex business and GxP compliance requirements into scalable technical architectures, defining data models and system interfaces, and ensuring end-to-end consistency across the manufacturing IT landscape. The work required close collaboration with global stakeholders across Europe and the US, balancing strategic architectural thinking with hands-on problem solving, and successfully delivering compliant, reliable solutions in a highly complex, multi-time-zone environment.

Your tasks

Designing and architecting end-to-end technical solutions around an enterprise recipe management platform, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities across manufacturing and quality domains
Integrating core applications with MES, LIMS, ERP, and PLM systems while defining robust data structures, interfaces, and reporting mechanisms to support regulated, GxP-compliant operations
Collaborating closely with global business, IT, and engineering stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into scalable, maintainable, and future-ready technical designs
Evaluating and standardizing system interactions, data flows, and governance models to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across global sites
Supporting cross-time-zone delivery by actively participating in architecture discussions, reviews, and decision-making forums with teams in Europe and the US

Цей проект передбачав розробку та підтримку рішення для управління рецептами в масштабі підприємства в умовах регульованого фармацевтичного виробництва. Роль була зосереджена на розробці та інтеграції основного виробничого додатку з навколишніми системами MES, LIMS, ERP та PLM, забезпечуючи при цьому надійні можливості звітності та аналітики. В обов'язки входило перетворення складних бізнес-вимог та вимог GxP у масштабовані технічні архітектури, визначення моделей даних та системних інтерфейсів, а також забезпечення наскрізної узгодженості у виробничому ІТ-ландшафті. Робота вимагала тісної співпраці з глобальними зацікавленими сторонами в Європі та США, поєднання стратегічного архітектурного мислення з практичним вирішенням проблем, а також успішного впровадження надійних рішень, що відповідають вимогам, у надзвичайно складному середовищі, що складається з декількох часових поясів.

Ця позиція передбачає роботу в центральноєвропейському часовому поясі.

Завдання

Проектування та архітектура комплексних технічних рішень на основі корпоративної платформи управління рецептурами, що забезпечує узгодження між бізнес-вимогами та можливостями системи у виробничій сфері та сфері якості.
Інтеграція основних додатків з системами MES, LIMS, ERP і PLM з одночасним визначенням надійних структур даних, інтерфейсів і механізмів звітності для підтримки регламентованих операцій, сумісних з GxP.
Тісна співпраця з глобальними бізнес-, ІТ- та інженерними зацікавленими сторонами для перетворення складних операційних потреб у масштабовані, підтримувані та готові до майбутнього технічні проекти
Оцінка та стандартизація системних взаємодій, потоків даних та моделей управління для забезпечення узгодженості, відповідності та операційної ефективності на глобальних майданчиках
Підтримка роботи в різних часових поясах шляхом активної участі в обговореннях архітектури, оглядах та форумах з прийняття рішень з командами в Європі та США
