Drive the growth of our IT services business in India. Based in Pune, you will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and creating opportunities across industries such as banking, retail, healthcare, and hi-tech, among others.

Your tasks

Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for Sii’s IT services in India
Driving end-to-end business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
Building strong networks and relationships with decision-makers in target organizations
Preparing and delivering impactful proposals, bids, and client presentations
Collaborating with Sii Competency Centers and Delivery Teams to design winning solutions
Leading activities in partnership with recruiting teams to fulfil client needs
Overseeing delivery for acquired clients, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services or consulting
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with preference for Business or IT-related fields
Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow new accounts, with measurable sales achievements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
Full proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to craft and deliver impactful pitches
Strong organizational skills, independence, and professionalism in execution with high energy, self-motivation, and resilience in achieving ambitious sales targets
Availability to work onsite at our office in Pune, all 5 days per week

Побудова міцних зв'язків та відносин з особами, які приймають рішення в цільових організаціях
Підготовка та проведення ефективних пропозицій, тендерів та презентацій для клієнтів
Співпраця з центрами компетенцій та командами Sii для розробки виграшних рішень
Керівництво діяльністю у партнерстві з командами з підбору персоналу для задоволення потреб клієнтів
Нагляд за наданням послуг залученим клієнтам, забезпечення високої якості обслуговування та задоволеності клієнтів

Наші очікування

Мінімум 3 роки успішного досвіду продажів у сфері B2B, бажано у сфері ІТ-послуг або консалтингу
Ступінь бакалавра або магістра, з перевагою в галузі бізнесу або ІТ
Продемонстрована здатність залучати та розвивати нові клієнти, з вимірними досягненнями в продажах
Відмінні комунікаційні, міжособистісні та переговорні навички із зацікавленими сторонами виконавчого рівня
Вільне володіння англійською мовою (письмово та усно), а також вміння створювати та проводити переконливі презентації
Сильні організаторські здібності, незалежність та професіоналізм у виконанні завдань, висока енергійність, самомотивація та стійкість у досягненні амбітних цілей у сфері продажів
Готовність працювати в нашому офісі в Пуні 5 днів на тиждень
