We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Service Owner to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing management of our SIEM capabilities built on Google SecOps. This role oversees the service end-to-end – from architecture and implementation to continuous improvement and operational governance.

The ideal candidate brings strong SecOps expertise, understands complex enterprise environments, and has a proven track record in building or scaling SIEM/SOC services.

Your tasks

End-to-end ownership of SIEM services built on Google SecOps
Designing and maintaining the overall SIEM architecture, including data ingestion, parsing, correlation, alerting, and integrations
Leading the planning, delivery, and rollout of new SIEM features, use cases, and enhancements
Defining and optimizing monitoring, alerting, reporting, and incident response processes
Working closely with security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure proper log onboarding and use-case coverage
Managing and governing the operational lifecycle of the SIEM platform
Coordinating the work of engineering and SecOps teams (internal or external)
Ensuring service performance meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements
Identifying improvements, driving automation, and enhancing detection capabilities
Acting as a primary service owner, providing roadmap planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

Proven experience in Delivery Management, Service Ownership, SecOps, or SIEM/SOC engineering roles
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Google SecOps preferred; Splunk / QRadar / Sentinel also acceptable)
Solid understanding of security monitoring, detection engineering, threat modelling, incident response, log management, and SOC processes
Knowledge of enterprise IT architectures, cloud environments (GCP/Azure/AWS), and security best practices
Experience designing or running end-to-end security services in complex environments
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and service roadmaps
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in process creation, service governance, and continuous improvement

Nice to have

Certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFE, GCDA, CISSP, CISM
Experience with automation (Python, Terraform, CI/CD)
Background in SOC leadership or cyber program development

Завдання

Управління та управління операційним життєвим циклом платформи SIEM
Координація роботи інженерних і SecOps команд (внутрішніх і зовнішніх)
Забезпечення відповідності продуктивності послуг узгодженим SLA, KPI та вимогам відповідності
Виявлення вдосконалень, автоматизація та покращення можливостей виявлення
Виступати в ролі основного власника послуги, забезпечуючи планування дорожньої карти, бюджетування та комунікацію із зацікавленими сторонами

Наші очікування

Підтверджений досвід в управлінні поставками, володінні сервісами, SecOps або SIEM / SOC на інженерних ролях
Практичний досвід роботи з платформами SIEM (перевага надається Google SecOps; Splunk / QRadar / Sentinel також прийнятні)
Глибоке розуміння моніторингу безпеки, інженерії виявлення, моделювання загроз, реагування на інциденти, управління журналами та процесами SOC
Знання корпоративних ІТ-архітектур, хмарних середовищ (GCP/Azure/AWS) та найкращих практик безпеки
Досвід розробки або запуску комплексних сервісів безпеки в складних середовищах
Здатність перетворювати бізнес-потреби в технічні вимоги та дорожні карти послуг
Сильні навички управління зацікавленими сторонами, комунікації та лідерства
Досвід у створенні процесів, управлінні послугами та постійному вдосконаленні
