The Project Management Competency Center is expanding its PMO team. We are currently looking for PMO Specialists with Risk Assessment experience to join our team supporting a leading client in the banking industry. As part of our Consulting Services organization, you will work at the heart of growth, digital transformation, and customer-focused change.

Your tasks

Monitor project execution within the assigned portfolio, including resource planning and utilization tracking
Verify financial KPIs for projects in the portfolio
Track project progress, including milestone monitoring
Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal project execution methodologies
Provide support in organizing status meetings and maintaining communication with stakeholders
Review and analyze project risks to ensure profitability and secure project delivery
Present audit results and recommendations to business stakeholders
Develop recommendations and corrective actions for project managers, including change management strategies
Support project planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and cost estimation
Contribute to knowledge management processes covering key phases of the project lifecycle (sales and delivery)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role, with proven and practical experience in the banking sector – mandatory
Experience in risk assessment
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of reporting/control techniques in project execution
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and assertiveness skills
Proficiency in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions
Strong communication skills, flexibility, engagement, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Residency in Poland required, with occasional office visits once per quarter

Як частина нашої організації з надання консалтингових послуг, ви будете працювати в центрі зростання, цифрової трансформації та клієнтоорієнтованих змін.

Завдання

Моніторинг виконання проектів в рамках закріпленого портфеля, включаючи планування ресурсів та відстеження їх використання
Перевіряти фінансові KPI для проектів у портфелі
Відстежувати хід виконання проекту, включаючи моніторинг проміжних етапів
Забезпечення дотримання стандартів якості та внутрішніх методологій виконання проектів
Надавати підтримку в організації статусних зустрічей та підтримці комунікації із зацікавленими сторонами
Огляд та аналіз проектних ризиків для забезпечення прибутковості та безпечної реалізації проекту
Представлення результатів аудиту та рекомендацій зацікавленим сторонам бізнесу
Розробка рекомендацій та коригувальних дій для керівників проектів, включаючи стратегії управління змінами
Підтримувати планування проектів, складання графіків, аналіз ризиків та оцінку витрат
Сприяння процесам управління знаннями, що охоплюють ключові фази життєвого циклу проекту (продажі та доставка)

Наші очікування

Мінімум 5 років досвіду роботи в ролі PMO, з підтвердженим практичним досвідом роботи в банківському секторі - обов'язково
Досвід оцінки ризиків
Сильне аналітичне мислення, навички вирішення проблем та знання методів звітності/контролю у виконанні проектів
Відмінні організаторські здібності, навички ведення переговорів та напористості
Вміння проводити презентації та тренінги
Сильні комунікативні навички, гнучкість, зацікавленість та здатність швидко навчатися в динамічному середовищі
Проживання в Польщі з періодичними візитами до офісу раз на квартал
