We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Service Owner to lead the design, delivery, and operational management of SIEM services built on Google SecOps. This role owns the complete service lifecycle—architecture, service build, operational governance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings strong SecOps expertise, experience in large-scale enterprise environments, and a proven track record in building or scaling SIEM/SOC services from the ground up.

Your tasks

Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of the SIEM service (Google SecOps) from design to operational maturity
Leading the build-out of the SIEM service to meet business, security, and compliance requirements
Defining and managing KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
Acting as the primary point of contact for engineering, SOC teams, and business stakeholders
Designing service architecture, data ingestion strategies, and operational workflows
Overseeing the onboarding of ~120 log sources and ensuring configuration standards and automation practices
Creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, incident workflows, and governance models for SIEM/SOC operations
Improving service reliability, automation, and operational readiness across teams and processes

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Strong hands-on experience with Google SecOps or similar SIEM platforms
Experience in large-scale log onboarding, integrations, and enterprise SIEM operations
Deep understanding of SOC processes, detection engineering, and incident response
Proven ability to design, deliver, and maintain monitoring services
Experience as a Service Owner, Delivery Manager, or SecOps Lead
Familiarity with ITIL, SRE practices, and SIEM lifecycle management
Ability to lead cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

Cybersecurity or cloud certifications (GCP Security, ITIL, CISSP, etc.)
Knowledge of SOAR, automation frameworks, or Python scripting
Experience modernizing SIEM/SOC services or building them from scratch

Завдання

Нагляд за підключенням ~120 джерел журналів та забезпеченням стандартів конфігурації та практик автоматизації
Створення та підтримка SOPs, runbooks, робочих процесів інцидентів та моделей управління для операцій SIEM/SOC
Підвищення надійності, автоматизації та операційної готовності сервісів в командах і процесах

Наші очікування

Мінімум 5 років досвіду роботи на аналогічній посаді
Значний практичний досвід роботи з Google SecOps або подібними платформами SIEM
Досвід роботи з великомасштабними журналами, інтеграціями та операціями SIEM на підприємстві
Глибоке розуміння процесів SOC, інженерії виявлення та реагування на інциденти
Підтверджена здатність розробляти, надавати та підтримувати послуги моніторингу
Досвід роботи на посаді власника сервісу, менеджера з доставки або керівника служби безпеки
Знання ITIL, практик SRE та управління життєвим циклом SIEM
Здатність керувати міжфункціональними технічними та нетехнічними командами
Відмінні навички комунікації, ведення документації та управління зацікавленими сторонами

Буде перевагою

Сертифікати з кібербезпеки або хмарних технологій (GCP Security, ITIL, CISSP тощо)
Знання SOAR, фреймворків автоматизації або написання сценаріїв на Python
Досвід модернізації SIEM/SOC сервісів або створення їх з нуля
