We are looking for a part-time contractor who will be available for ad hoc assignments. The role combines remote end-user support with on-site interventions for hardware-related issues and complex incidents that cannot be resolved remotely. Support Engineers will act as an extension of the IT team, handling escalated cases from the Service Desk, performing hands-on troubleshooting, and providing smart-hands support when needed. On-site visits are conducted as required, ensuring business continuity and adherence to SLA targets across the regions.

Your tasks

Providing remote and on-site technical support at customer locations in response to service requests (on demand)
Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
Performing hardware upgrades, replacements, and initial equipment setups at client sites
Troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity problems (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) both remotely and on-site
Installing and configuring software applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Providing remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote access tools
Logging and managing incidents and service requests using the internal ticketing system
Supporting users with account access, password resets, and other routine service tasks (including Active Directory)
Ensuring compliance with company security policies and IT standards during all support activities

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of computer hardware and basic configuration components, printer/scanner configuration and troubleshooting
Experience with configuring MS Outlook, Teams, and working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Understanding of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration and maintenance
Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and basic troubleshooting steps
Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management
Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP)
Possession of an active driver's license

Завдання

Модернізація, заміна та початкове налаштування обладнання на об'єктах клієнтів
Усунення несправностей та вирішення проблем з мережевим підключенням (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) як віддалено, так і на місці
Встановлення та налаштування програмного забезпечення, включаючи Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Надання віддаленої технічної підтримки кінцевим користувачам за допомогою телефону, електронної пошти або інструментів віддаленого доступу
Реєстрація та управління інцидентами та запитами на обслуговування за допомогою внутрішньої системи тікетів
Підтримка користувачів з доступом до облікових записів, скиданням паролів та іншими рутинними сервісними завданнями (включаючи Active Directory)
Забезпечення дотримання політик безпеки компанії та ІТ-стандартів під час усіх видів діяльності з підтримки

Наші очікування

Мінімум один рік досвіду роботи на аналогічній посаді
Хороші знання комп'ютерного обладнання та основних компонентів конфігурації, налаштування принтерів/сканерів та усунення несправностей
Досвід роботи з налаштуванням MS Outlook, Teams, а також знання MS Word та MS Excel
Розуміння конфігурації та обслуговування мереж LAN/WAN та Wi-Fi
Знання операційних систем Windows (Windows 10/11) та основних кроків з усунення несправностей
Знання Active Directory та управління обліковими записами користувачів
Знання інструментів віддаленого робочого столу (наприклад, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP)
