Join Sii Poland and become a part of our Project Management Competency Center. Currently, we are looking for a PMO to support the U.S. market in integrating the two companies.

Your tasks

Monitoring the execution of projects within the assigned portfolio, including resource planning and tracking their utilization
Verifying financial KPI indicators for projects in the portfolio
Tracking project progress, including monitoring milestones
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal project execution methodologies
Providing support in organizing status meetings and maintaining communication with stakeholders
Reviewing and analyzing project-related risks to ensure profitability and secure project execution
Presenting audit results and recommendations to business stakeholders
Developing recommendations and corrective actions for project managers, including change management strategies
Supporting project/service planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and cost estimation
Making significant contributions to knowledge management processes related to key aspects of the project lifecycle, covering both sales and delivery phases

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO role
Higher education in economics, administration, IT, or finance
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of reporting and control techniques in project execution
Basic knowledge of project management or quality assurance systems
Excellent organizational skills, negotiation abilities, and assertiveness
Proficiency in delivering presentations and training sessions
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and commitment
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Fluent English

Завдання

Моніторинг виконання проектів в рамках закріпленого портфеля, включаючи планування ресурсів та відстеження їх використання
Перевірка фінансових показників KPI за проектами в портфелі
Відстеження прогресу проектів, включаючи моніторинг проміжних етапів
Забезпечення дотримання стандартів якості та внутрішніх методологій виконання проектів
Надання підтримки в організації статусних зустрічей та підтримці комунікації із зацікавленими сторонами
Огляд та аналіз ризиків, пов'язаних з проектом, для забезпечення прибутковості та безпечного виконання проекту
Представлення результатів аудиту та рекомендацій зацікавленим сторонам бізнесу
Розробка рекомендацій та коригувальних дій для керівників проектів, включаючи стратегії управління змінами
Підтримка планування проектів/послуг, складання графіків, аналізу ризиків та оцінки витрат
Значний внесок у процеси управління знаннями, пов'язаними з ключовими аспектами життєвого циклу проекту, що охоплюють як фазу продажу, так і фазу доставки.

Наші очікування

Мінімум 5 років досвіду роботи на посаді ОУП
Вища освіта в галузі економіки, адміністрування, ІТ або фінансів
Сильне аналітичне мислення та навички вирішення проблем
Знання методів звітності та контролю у виконанні проектів
Базові знання систем управління проектами або забезпечення якості
Відмінні організаторські здібності, вміння вести переговори та напористість
Вміння проводити презентації та тренінги
Сильні комунікативні навички, гнучкість і цілеспрямованість
Здатність швидко навчатися та адаптуватися до динамічного робочого середовища
Вільне володіння англійською мовою
