Your tasks

Support sales and business development activities in the Product Design Studio and Engineering areas
Preparation of marketing and promotional materials, including content for external communications
Organization and coordination of business meetings and conference activities
Collaborate with the Delivery team on selected operational and recruitment tasks
Ensure smooth execution of operational processes in support of sales and delivery

Requirements

University education, preferred majors: Management, international business, economics, HRM
Experience in sales, marketing or business support
Ability to create communication and marketing materials, including preparing PowerPoint presentations
Good organizational and communication skills in working with clients and internal teams
Willingness to support operational tasks and interdepartmental cooperation
Proactive approach, self-reliance and orientation to business goals
Fluency in Polish and very good English required - min. B2
Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish required
