The role will focus on consumer journey design, collaboration with cross-functional teams and local markets, piloting new solutions, and ensuring smooth deployment. The goal is to deliver project milestones on time, achieve high stakeholder satisfaction, and drive measurable business results, including improved consumer retention and engagement.
