We are seeking an experienced IT&D Programme Manager to lead the global Microsoft Teams Voice Migration Programme, covering several locations across Europe, Asia, North America, South America, and Africa.

This role is offered as a contractor position and will play a critical part in partnering with both internal teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will be expected to work within a demanding project timeline, targeting full global completion of the MS Teams Voice Migration in 2026.

Your tasks

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global MS Teams Voice Migration Programme across goals
Oversee the migration from legacy voice solutions (BroadSoft, Cisco) and deployment of MS Teams Phone technology in 35+ locations, ensuring consistency, reliability, and future- ready capabilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and budgets, providing clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders (including Senior Leaders-CxO level)
Engage with regional facilities and IT teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption to business operations
Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure successful user adoption of new collaboration tools
Monitor and report on programme performance, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track

Requirements

Proven, at least 5-year experience managing large-scale, international IT or digital transformation programmes, ideally involving VoIP technologies and phone number porting
Fluency in English, written and spoken; additional language skills are an asset
Exceptional project management skills, with demonstrable success in delivering complex programmes on time and within budget
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across cultures and regions
Experience in the requirements gathering and IT delivery process
Basic understanding of the Microsoft365 environment and its tech-stack (Teams) would be an advantage
Strong background in stakeholder management and working with external implementation partners on a global scale
Remote work flexibility with preference for candidates based in Warsaw, Poland
Residing in Poland required

Завдання

Керувати комплексною реалізацією глобальної програми міграції голосових рішень MS Teams для досягнення поставлених цілей
Керувати міграцією зі старих голосових рішень (BroadSoft, Cisco) та розгортанням технології MS Teams Phone у 35+ локаціях, забезпечуючи узгодженість, надійність та готовність до майбутнього
Розробка та управління детальними планами, етапами та бюджетами проектів, забезпечення чіткого інформування зацікавлених сторін (включаючи старших керівників та виконавчих директорів) про прогрес, ризики та залежності.
Взаємодіяти з регіональними підрозділами та ІТ-командами для забезпечення безперебійного виконання та мінімального порушення бізнес-операцій
Керувати діяльністю з управління змінами, включаючи залучення зацікавлених сторін, комунікацію та навчання для забезпечення успішного впровадження користувачами нових інструментів спільної роботи
Моніторинг та звітування про виконання програми, проактивне вирішення проблем, щоб проект не відставав від графіка

Наші очікування

Підтверджений, щонайменше 5-річний досвід управління великомасштабними міжнародними програмами ІТ або цифрової трансформації, в ідеалі з використанням технологій VoIP та перенесенням телефонних номерів
Вільне володіння англійською мовою, письмовою та усною; додаткові мовні навички є перевагою
Виняткові навички управління проектами, з очевидним успіхом у виконанні складних програм вчасно і в рамках бюджету
Відмінні комунікаційні, переговорні та міжособистісні навички, здатні ефективно працювати в різних культурах та регіонах
Досвід збору вимог та процесу надання ІТ-послуг
Базове розуміння середовища Microsoft365 та його технологічного стеку (Teams) буде перевагою
Сильний досвід управління зацікавленими сторонами та роботи із зовнішніми партнерами по впровадженню на глобальному рівні
Гнучкість віддаленої роботи з перевагою для кандидатів, які проживають у Варшаві, Польща
