The goal of the project is to integrate the newly acquired company by aligning processes, operational practices and governance structures in accordance with Group standards. Activities include identifying differences, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Your tasks

  • Support in the unification and optimization of processes in the Legal/Compliance area
  • Coordinate and organize projects and topics of a strategic nature
  • Performing a hybrid role: Project Manager and Business Partner - combining project management competencies with business consulting and stakeholder collaboration
  • Assist in operational and strategic activities

Requirements

  • Ability to operate in a complex, new environment
  • Experience in Retail/E-commerce/Finance and working in an international environment
  • Experience leading a steerCo UAT and managing a large program with multiple streams
  • Demonstrate initiative, communication skills, and resilience to ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel to Denmark for business (approx. 20% of working time)
  • Residency required

Завдання

  • Підтримка в гармонізації та оптимізації процесів у сфері права/комплаєнсу
  • Координація та структурування проектів і тем стратегічного характеру
  • Виконання гібридної ролі: Керівник проекту та бізнес-партнер - поєднуючи компетенції управління проектами з бізнес-консалтингом та співпрацею із зацікавленими сторонами
  • Допомога в операційній та стратегічній діяльності

Наші очікування

  • Здатність працювати в складному, новому середовищі
  • Досвід роботи у сфері роздрібної торгівлі/електронної комерції/фінансів та роботи в міжнародному середовищі
  • Досвід роботи в steerCo UAT та управління великою програмою з декількома потоками
  • Продемонструвати ініціативність, комунікативні навички та стійкість до невизначеності
  • Готовність подорожувати до Данії (приблизно 20% робочого часу)
  • Проживання в Данії обов'язкове
