We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join one of our teams working to implement significant changes for our clients.

Your tasks

Providing high-level administrative support to executive-level managers
Managing complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Organizing and prioritizing incoming requests, ensuring effective time management
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives

Requirements

Proven experience of minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work from the office based in Mexico City 2–3 days per week

Надання адміністративної підтримки вищому керівництву на високому рівні

Наші очікування

Підтверджений досвід роботи не менше 5 років на посаді виконавчого асистента, особистого асистента або на аналогічній посаді
Відмінні навички письмової та усної комунікації англійською та іспанською мовами
Сильні організаторські здібності та вміння працювати в режимі багатозадачності
Високий рівень розсудливості та професіоналізму
Володіння офісним пакетом Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) та інструментами для спільної роботи (наприклад, Google Workspace, Slack)
Здатність працювати самостійно та під тиском у швидкоплинному середовищі
Можливість працювати з офісу в Мехіко 2-3 дні на тиждень
