The Embedded Competency Center announces recruitment for the position of Senior Delivery Manager in the automotive domain.

The Embedded Competency Center is an organizational unit that brings together over 500 specialists in the field of embedded systems. These are the internal forces of Sii for implementing various projects and services with expertise in embedded systems technologies (C, C++, RTOS, microcontrollers).

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who will take the leadership of services and projects that focus on software testing and development for automotive clients.

The role includes oversight of project delivery in compliance with ASPICE and other relevant automotive standards, supporting distributed engineering teams through presales, onboarding and operational phases. You will work closely with global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Your tasks

Managing project and services portfolio according to the company’s standards, PMO methodology, and best professional practices
Developing client/subcontractor/vendor relationships during the presales and delivery processes
Ensuring effective management of various service teams
Providing functional management for service teams’ members
Inspiring, motivating, and supporting service teams’ members on a daily basis
Ensuring the completeness and quality of project documentation
Monitoring KPIs, quality metrics, and traceability across the software development process within the project
Assessing metrics by evaluating the business value achieved versus the planned objectives, and discussing the outcomes with customer representatives, addressing any necessary actions
Working with the release management team to define customer releases and solution increments
Supporting knowledge transfer and ramp-up of delivery teams, including transition from presales to the operational phase
Ensuring compliance with customer-specific development and validation processes
Conducting training, workshops, and presentations for Sii audiences and clients
Participating in conferences or other events to promote Sii’s project management maturity and potential
Visiting the client's office in Bangalore frequently

Requirements

Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT projects and services at the enterprise level
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly, professionally, and empathetically in client-facing interactions
Extensive experience in managing and delivering managed services and fixed price projects for global companies
Proven experience in leading software development/testing teams in the automotive sector (minimum 3 years)
Ability to work closely with engineering teams and represent the delivery perspective in technical discussions
Competency confirmed by certificates (PRINCE/PMP/ITIL) with the ability to apply the appropriate approach to project portfolio management (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
Good understanding of ASPICE processes and familiarity with V-model
Familiarity with automotive standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21434, AUTOSAR)
Experience in audit preparation and delivery of performance reporting
Familiarity with negotiation techniques
Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes
Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
Demonstrate composure and resilience under pressure, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamically changing project environment while maintaining calm and a solution-oriented approach in challenging situations

Роль включає нагляд за виконанням проектів відповідно до ASPICE та інших відповідних автомобільних стандартів, підтримку розподілених інженерних команд на етапах передпродажної підготовки, адаптації та експлуатації. Ви будете тісно співпрацювати з глобальними OEM-виробниками та постачальниками Tier 1, забезпечуючи високоякісне надання послуг та довгострокову задоволеність клієнтів.

Завдання

Управління портфелем проектів та послуг відповідно до стандартів компанії, методології PMO та кращих професійних практик
Розвиток відносин з клієнтами/субпідрядниками/постачальниками на етапах передпродажної підготовки та надання послуг
Забезпечення ефективного управління різними сервісними командами
Забезпечення функціонального управління членами сервісних команд
Надихати, мотивувати та підтримувати членів сервісних команд на щоденній основі
Забезпечення повноти та якості проектної документації
Моніторинг KPI, метрик якості та простежуваності процесу розробки програмного забезпечення в рамках проекту
Оцінка метрик шляхом оцінки досягнутої бізнес-цінності в порівнянні з запланованими цілями, обговорення результатів з представниками замовника та вжиття необхідних заходів
Співпраця з командою управління релізами для визначення клієнтських релізів та інкрементів рішень
Підтримка передачі знань та нарощування команд, що займаються розробкою, включаючи перехід від передпродажної до операційної фази
Забезпечення дотримання специфічних для клієнта процесів розробки та валідації
Проведення тренінгів, семінарів та презентацій для аудиторії та клієнтів Sii
Участь у конференціях та інших заходах для просування зрілості та потенціалу управління проектами Sii
Часте відвідування офісу клієнта в Бангалорі

Наші очікування

Ступінь магістра в галузі комп'ютерних наук, бізнес-адміністрування або еквівалентний освітній чи професійний досвід та кваліфікація
Мінімум 10 років досвіду у сфері попередніх продажів та реалізації ІТ-проектів та послуг на рівні підприємства
Відмінні комунікаційні навички, як усні, так і письмові, зі здатністю чітко, професійно та емпатично формулювати інформацію під час взаємодії з клієнтами
Великий досвід в управлінні та наданні керованих послуг та проектів з фіксованою ціною для міжнародних компаній
Підтверджений досвід керівництва командами з розробки/тестування програмного забезпечення в автомобільному секторі (мінімум 3 роки)
Здатність тісно співпрацювати з інженерними командами та представляти перспективу реалізації в технічних обговореннях
Компетентність, підтверджена сертифікатами (PRINCE/PMP/ITIL) з можливістю застосування відповідного підходу до управління портфелем проектів (Waterfall, Agile, гібридний)
