We’re seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a fast-paced, collaborative engineering team focused on building scalable and cloud-native backend solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, requiring regular presence in the office.

As part of this team, you’ll contribute to the development of cutting-edge services powering communication platforms used by millions of users worldwide. We're looking for someone who thrives in a modern, cloud-first environment and is passionate about clean, maintainable code.

Your tasks

Designing and developing scalable and resilient microservices using Java 8
Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers in an Agile setup
Deploying and maintaining cloud-native applications in AWS environments
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across staging and production
Optimizing system performance, reliability, and scalability
Integrating services with databases and third-party systems using industry best practices

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development
Strong knowledge and production experience with Java 8
Proven expertise in microservices architecture (must-have)
Solid understanding of AWS and cloud-native application design
Exposure to Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, or Redis is a strong advantage
Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid setup from our Bangalore office

Завдання

Проектування та розробка масштабованих та відмовостійких мікросервісів з використанням Java 8
Тісна співпраця з власниками продуктів, архітекторами та інженерами з контролю якості в Agile середовищі
Розгортання та підтримка хмарних додатків в середовищах AWS
Усунення несправностей та вирішення технічних проблем на стадії розробки та виробництва
Оптимізація продуктивності, надійності та масштабованості системи
Інтеграція сервісів з базами даних та сторонніми системами з використанням найкращих галузевих практик

Наші очікування

Щонайменше 5 років практичного досвіду в розробці бекенд програмного забезпечення
Глибокі знання та досвід роботи з Java 8
Підтверджена експертиза в архітектурі мікросервісів (обов'язково)
Глибоке розуміння AWS та дизайну хмарних додатків
Досвід роботи з Kubernetes, PostgreSQL або Redis є великою перевагою
Здатність та готовність працювати в гібридній структурі з нашого офісу в Бангалорі
