We are looking for an experienced Coupa System Administrator to manage and enhance our Coupa platform. This role will be crucial in optimizing Source-to-Pay processes, system integrations, and ensuring smooth platform operation. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology teams.

Your tasks

Administer and configure the Coupa platform, including system settings and process optimization
Manage API and sFTP integrations between Coupa and other systems (ERP, CRM, suppliers)
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform
Monitor, test, and implement new Coupa features and system updates
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose process improvements
Create technical documentation, and user guides, and conduct training sessions for operational teams

Requirements

Extensive knowledge of the Coupa platform, including its architecture, integration capabilities, and customization options
Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and their relationships with upstream and downstream systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
Project and time management skills, allowing for efficient multitasking and prioritization
Coupa certifications, e.g., Coupa Core Implementation Specialist, Coupa Procurement Management are a strong plus
