Sii Sweden is looking for an experienced Senior Security Operations Engineer to support our customer – a big player in access solutions.

In this role, you would join global Cybersecurity team, taking responsibility for implementing, operating, and managing client’s worldwide EDR platform. Collaborating closely with both internal and external strategic stakeholders, you would enhance the quality and efficiency of IT infrastructure while helping plan for future expansion.

You would help develop and promote standardized secure network infrastructure design and architecture that complies with relevant policies. You’d be also responsible for ensuring that operational processes are well-defined, and documentation is consistently updated.

• Take part in different cybersecurity projects, security assessments, and implementation of new solutions
• Partner with internal and external experts to advance security initiatives and streamline operations
• Develop, implement, and track security metrics, providing regular reports to clients
• Utilize knowledge of attacker tactics to refine detection queries and improve system performance
• Support Threat Intelligence and security monitoring
• Constantly develop your own knowledge within cybersecurity

• Hands-on IT experience and a strong commitment to cybersecurity, especially in endpoint detection and response
• Extensive experience in EDR Lifecycle Management and configuration
• Proven experience in cooperating with both internal and external stakeholders, ideally in large, international organizations
• Expertise in incident response
• Familiarity with various security principles (network security, cyber threat intelligence host-based security, forensic analysis, etc.)
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken

Optional:

• Certifications: CCNA, SC-900/AZ-900, CompTIA Security+, ITIL 4
• Proficiency in Swedish both written and spoken
