We are looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. If you have experience with SQL, and structured loans, and possess strong analytical and technical skills, this role could be a great fit for you. Your main objective will be to provide excellent application support, resolve issues, and ensure smooth production operations.

Your role

Providing application support
Resolving technical issues within the app
Managing escalations
Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to issue resolution, best practices, and knowledge sharing
Analyzing logs and contacting production and development teams
Supporting users across Europe
Proposing and implementing improvements to prevent recurring issues, monitoring support process efficiency, and suggesting enhancements
Adhering to policies and procedures

Your skills

At least 2 years of experience in a Support Analyst role
Ability to communicate with users and developers
Effective time management - prioritization of tasks, managing workload effectively to meet expected SLAs
Knowledge of SQL databases and programming in SQL language
Basic knowledge of ITIL
Fluent communication in English
