The challenge
Global Dealer System (GDS Fusion) – workflow application for truck workshop (supports i.a. parts ordering, work planing, invoicing).
What we did
- Application development according to given Technical Specifications.
- System analysis and creating Technical Specifications for given Bussiness Requirements
- Close cooperation with other programmers, Architects and clients representatives during the software development process.
- Integration with other Client systems
- Development documentation according to existing company rules.
Effects
The goal of the project was to enchance the existing application according to the awaiting bussiness requirements. The enhancement backlog was created and the whole development process was divided into releases. We take part in each release as developers, architects and if needed testers – as per current needs, in each role developing a high standard product.
