The challenge
The need to build a dedicated application to manage the production of shoes, tracking and calculating the cost of production of each model in purpose to determine and ensure sufficient return on investment brought to the individual products.
What we did
Sii participates in the whole process of application development. TMS is created on the basis of previously submitted customer’s business requirements and high-level technological range.
The Sii team by bringing together the comprehensive competence is responsible for:
- Further business analyses and detailed requirements.
- System architecture development.
- Development, testing and UAT support.
- System implementation into the client’s system.
Effects
The final outcome of the project will be enabling the performance of an in-depth analysis of the production costs which will allow estimating the market prices for a specific pair of shoes and determining the minimum sales level to ensure the required level of return on investment.
TMS will enable our client to achieve considerable savings in the process of product delivery to the market.
