About the client
Bausch is a multinational pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, and markets a broad range of pharmaceutical products, primarily in the areas of dermatology, gastrointestinal disorders, eye health, neurology, and branded generics.
The challenge
QlikView is a base reporting platform within the whole group. It is used by different HQ and national departments across the globe partialy playing the role of data warehouse. Customer needed to improve time & quality of solving business problems together with optimization of the platform processes.
What we did
We analized current list of business issues, built a plan to solve them based on agreed prioritetization and executed it accordingly.
Next part was to conduct analysis on the subject of current performance issues, prepare a plant how to approach them and execute it with customer’s administration team.
Effect
Issues solved, stable environment that is performing well. On-going monitoring service according to agreed SLA.
