About the client
Central Information Technology Center (COI) implements, maintains and develops the largest IT systems in the country for the Ministry of Digital Affairs. It administrates portals used by offices, institutions and directly by citizens as well as collects and shares data improving the functioning of the state.
The challenge
Providing comprehensive services in the area of human resources supply in IT as a result of the implementation of an increasing number of projects.
What we did
Since the beginning of cooperation, Sii has been providing experienced developers, project managers, architects, analysts and testers. Engineers support the development of systems such as the National Registries System, Central Registry of Vehicles and Drivers, Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services, Trusted Profile and Obywatel.gov.pl.
Our workers participated in the implementation of the e-identity card project and the launch of new e-services for citizens as well as conducted performance and functional tests of the largest systems in the country.
The competence and experience of the engineers contributed to the efficient and quick completion of many projects based mainly on the Agile and Prince2 methodologies.
Effect
Thanks to Sii, COI builds and maintains the Integrated Registries Infrastructure and develops the most important IT systems in the country by assigning employees to various projects. It does not bear the costs of recruitment, administration and staff management.
