The challenge
The creation of a free application on Android phones that will help with orientation at the airport.
What we did
We have developed Android Application to direct travellers to the two airports in large European capital. The application includes features such as locating a traveller, a traveller’s guide and search for points of interest (shops, restaurants, guest houses, gates, services). Not only a mobile application was created, but also the back-office application.
Effects
This application, including Geographic Information System (GIS) and mobility, has been implemented in 6 months. It is available on two terminals. People have easy access to information about the exact location of the device (GPS) and full access to the Internet.
