The challenge
Enhancing the medical representatives’ productivity and their business contact effectiveness by providing a mobile CRM system for swift planning and reporting.
What we did
- We implemented a mobile application for iPad and iPhone;
- We analyzed the requirements, created concepts and architecture of the integration system with the Client’s web services;
- We conducted programming work;
- We supported functional tests and fixed bugs in the system;
- We managed the implementations of subsequent versions of the system.
