Increasing the efficiency of the Power Ultima line, shortening or eliminating downtime, minimizing the number of parts rejected by the station.
What we did
Working in a shift system, our automation engineers – PLC programmers (Siemens S7) worked on the optimization and unification of the line, reducing outages through: program modifications, reporting organizational matters, mechanical faults, formalities – the analysis of all the aspects that could have an impact on the lower efficiency of the line.
