The challenge
After the deployment of the new application supporting medical assistants, users reported a number of problems with its performance. The client needed tests to identify system performance issues.
What we did
- Created a JMeter based solution covering 3 key business processes
- Executed performance test scenarios for 400 virtual users using 3 virtual machines
- Analyzed the results and identified performance issues and bottlenecks
Effects
We have shown to the client what the actual performance of the application was in multi-user load scenarios and have pointed out a number of areas where improvements were required to increase the overall performance.
