This project aims to consolidate internal software development tools across the organization by standardizing platforms, streamlining development workflows, reducing tool duplication, and fostering stronger collaboration among teams. The initiative will drive greater operational efficiency, optimize licensing and support costs, strengthen governance and compliance, and establish a unified, scalable development ecosystem that supports the organization's long-term software engineering and digital transformation goals.

Your tasks

Managing business requirements analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and optimizing existing processes to support project goals and drive operational efficiency
Working with vendors, stakeholders, software licenses, and project communications to ensure effective collaboration, transparency, and successful delivery outcomes
Overseeing IT delivery, testing, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization activities to ensure a seamless implementation and transition to business operations
Coordinating cross-functional business, IT, vendor, and SE DPS teams to deliver project objectives on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining strong governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and quality control

Requirements

Minimum three years of project management experience
Basic understanding of software development and DevOps tools
Understanding of client project governance and project management frameworks
Knowledge of project governance principles, compliance requirements, and project controls
Experience in monitoring adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements
Fluent English - minimum B2 level

Nice to have

Experience in IT delivery, testing, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization

DevOps Tools SE Project Governance

Цей проєкт має на меті консолідувати внутрішні інструменти розробки програмного забезпечення в організації шляхом стандартизації платформ, оптимізації робочих процесів розробки, зменшення дублювання інструментів та посилення співпраці між командами. Ініціатива сприятиме підвищенню операційної ефективності, оптимізації витрат на ліцензування та підтримку, посиленню управління та відповідності, а також створенню єдиної, масштабованої екосистеми розробки, що підтримує довгострокові цілі організації у сфері інженерії програмного забезпечення та цифрової трансформації.

Завдання

Управління аналізом бізнес-вимог, забезпечення їх відповідності бізнес-цілям та оптимізація існуючих процесів для підтримки цілей проєкту та підвищення операційної ефективності
Співпраця з постачальниками, зацікавленими сторонами, ліцензіями на програмне забезпечення та комунікаціями проєкту для забезпечення ефективної взаємодії, прозорості та успішного виконання
Контроль за ІТ-доставкою, тестуванням, міграцією даних та стабілізацією після запуску для забезпечення безперебійної реалізації та переходу до бізнес-операцій
Координація міжфункціональних бізнес-, ІТ-, постачальницьких та команд SE DPS для досягнення цілей проєкту вчасно, у межах обсягу та бюджету, з підтриманням міцного управління, управління ризиками, залучення зацікавлених сторін та контролю якості

Наші очікування

Мінімум три роки досвіду управління проєктами
Базове розуміння розробки програмного забезпечення та інструментів DevOps
Розуміння управління клієнтськими проєктами та рамок управління проєктами
Знання принципів управління проєктами, вимог відповідності та контролю проєктів
Досвід моніторингу дотримання організаційних політик, стандартів якості, термінів, бюджетів та вимог до звітності
Вільна англійська мова - мінімум рівень B2

Буде перевагою

Досвід у ІТ-доставці, тестуванні, міграції даних та стабілізації після запуску
