Join us and take part in building a brand-new hub in Budapest for one of our clients. As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading the end-to-end setup of a modern office environment – from concept and design through recruitment to operational readiness.

Your tasks

Leading the project of establishing a new office from initial concept and design through delivery and final handover
Defining, managing, and controlling project scope, timelines, and budget
Coordinating all key stakeholders, including business teams, project members, landlords, and external vendors
Overseeing design, technical development, and office fit-out execution
Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, dependencies, and project issues
Ensuring proper governance, reporting, and alignment across all involved parties
Supporting operational readiness, including user onboarding and transition activities
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, workplace safety, and corporate requirements

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of strong project management experience with proven end-to-end delivery ownership
Previous experience in setting up a branch or a new company office
Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, international environment
Solution-oriented mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of design, construction, and delivery processes
Experience in office set-up, relocation, or fit-out projects
Cultural awareness and ability to work in diverse teams
Fluency in English

Завдання

Керівництво проектом зі створення нового офісу — від початкової концепції та проектування до реалізації та остаточної здачі об’єкта
Визначення, управління та контроль обсягу робіт, термінів та бюджету проекту
Координація діяльності всіх ключових зацікавлених сторін, включаючи бізнес-команди, учасників проекту, орендодавців та зовнішніх підрядників
Нагляд за проектуванням, технічною розробкою та виконанням робіт з облаштування офісу
Виявлення, управління та мінімізація ризиків, взаємозалежностей та проблем у рамках проекту
Забезпечення належного управління, звітності та узгодженості дій усіх залучених сторін
Підтримка оперативної готовності, включаючи адаптацію користувачів та заходи з переходу
Забезпечення дотримання стандартів якості, безпеки на робочому місці та корпоративних вимог

Наші очікування

Щонайменше 5 років солідного досвіду в сфері управління проектами з підтвердженою відповідальністю за реалізацію проектів від початку до кінця
Попередній досвід у створенні філії або нового офісу компанії
Здатність керувати складними проектами в динамічному міжнародному середовищі
Орієнтованість на пошук рішень, а також сильні навички прийняття рішень та вирішення проблем
Відмінні навички управління взаємодією із зацікавленими сторонами та комунікації
Глибоке розуміння процесів проектування, будівництва та реалізації проектів
Досвід у проектах з облаштування офісів, переїзду або внутрішнього оздоблення
Культурна обізнаність та здатність працювати в багатонаціональних командах
Вільне володіння англійською мовою
