We are seeking an experienced High Frequency Trading Developer to build and enhance best-in-class electronic trading solutions for global equities markets. The role focuses on designing and developing highly specialized, low-latency trading platforms and strategies used by electronic trading clients.

The candidate will work closely with Quantitative teams, participate across the full product lifecycle, and contribute to high-performance systems that demand precision, scalability, and reliability.

Your tasks

Building best-in-class algorithmic trading offerings for electronic trading clients
Designing, building, and maintaining highly specialized, low-latency equities trading strategies and platforms
Participating in the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, support, and monitoring trading performance
Using data to guide decision-making and developing or enhancing tools to collect and analyze performance data
Working closely with Quant teams to implement and rigorously back-test trading signals and models

Requirements

Proficiency in Java or C++, with excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Experience building high-performance, low-latency systems, including performance tuning and real-time optimization
Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance large, complex codebases with a focus on code quality and testing
Solid experience with Linux systems programming, including concurrency, memory management, and networking concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Nice to have

Experience building APIs for trading systems or real-time messaging platforms
Experience developing tools for back-testing, performance analysis, and visualization
Background in statistics and data-driven performance optimization
Over 3 years of experience in the financial industry (algorithmic trading, HFT, or trader workflow automation)
Familiarity with global equities markets

Завдання

Створення найкращих у своєму класі алгоритмічних торгових пропозицій для клієнтів електронної торгівлі
Розробка, створення та підтримка вузькоспеціалізованих стратегій і платформ для торгівлі акціями з низькою затримкою
Участь у повному життєвому циклі продукту, включаючи збір вимог, розробку, впровадження, тестування, підтримку та моніторинг торгових показників
Використання даних для прийняття рішень, а також розробка або вдосконалення інструментів для збору та аналізу даних про продуктивність
Тісна співпраця з командами Quant для впровадження та ретельного тестування торгових сигналів і моделей

Наші очікування

Володіння мовою Java або C++, з відмінним знанням об'єктно-орієнтованого програмування, структур даних, алгоритмів та шаблонів проектування
Досвід побудови високопродуктивних систем з низькою затримкою, включаючи налаштування продуктивності та оптимізацію в реальному часі
Здатність розуміти, підтримувати та вдосконалювати великі, складні кодові бази з акцентом на якість коду та тестування
Значний досвід програмування систем Linux, включаючи паралелізм, управління пам'яттю та мережеві концепції
Сильні аналітичні навички, навички вирішення проблем та комунікації, а також здатність ефективно працювати в командному середовищі

Досвід створення API для торгових систем або платформ обміну повідомленнями в реальному часі
