We are seeking a Treasury Analyst who is responsible for managing daily cash operations, supporting liquidity planning, and analyzing treasury activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company’s financial stability by optimizing cash flow, managing banking relationships, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Your tasks

Monitor daily cash balances, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and optimize cash flow
Assist in preparing short-term and long-term cash forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing recommendations
Manage electronic payments, fund transfers, and reconciliation of cash accounts
Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including cash position summaries, debt schedules, and financial metrics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CTP or progress toward certification preferred
2–5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial analysis
Proficiency in treasury management systems, ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of financial markets, banking operations, and cash forecasting techniques
Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Open to a hybrid working model 2-3 times/week in the Wrocław office

Завдання

Моніторинг щоденних залишків грошових коштів, забезпечення достатньої ліквідності для задоволення операційних потреб та оптимізації грошових потоків
Допомагати у підготовці короткострокових та довгострокових прогнозів грошових коштів, аналізувати відхилення та надавати рекомендації
Управління електронними платежами, грошовими переказами та звірка грошових рахунків
Підготовка та аналіз казначейських звітів, включаючи звіти про стан грошових коштів, графіки погашення заборгованості та фінансові показники

Наші очікування

Ступінь бакалавра в галузі фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку, економіки або суміжних галузях; бажано мати сертифікат CTP або прогрес у підготовці до сертифікації
2-5 років досвіду роботи в казначействі, управлінні грошовими коштами або фінансовому аналізі
Досвід роботи з системами управління казначейством, ERP-платформами (наприклад, NetSuite, SAP) та Microsoft Excel
Знання фінансових ринків, банківських операцій та методів прогнозування грошових потоків
Вільне володіння англійською мовою, з відмінними навичками письмової та усної комунікації
Готовність до гібридної моделі роботи 2-3 рази на тиждень у вроцлавському офісі
