The Embedded Competency Center announces recruitment for the position of Project Coordinator in the automotive domain.

The Embedded Competency Center is an organizational unit that brings together over 500 specialists in the field of embedded systems. These are the internal forces of Sii for implementing various projects and services with expertise in embedded systems technologies (C, C++, RTOS, microcontrollers).

Currently, we are looking for a Project Coordinator who will take the leadership of services and projects that focus on software testing and development for automotive clients.

The role includes oversight of project delivery in compliance with ASPICE and other relevant automotive standards, supporting distributed engineering teams through presales, onboarding, and operational phases. You will work closely with global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Your tasks

Managing client and partner relationships throughout presales, transition, and delivery
Leading and supporting distributed service teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
Monitoring delivery KPIs, quality metrics, and compliance with customer-specific processes (e.g., ASPICE, ISO)
Collaborating with release and engineering teams to align on scope, increments, and technical objectives
Facilitating ramp-up, knowledge transfer, and ensuring team readiness
Representing the delivery perspective in technical and customer-facing discussions

Requirements

Master’s degree in a technical or business field
At least 5 years of experience in IT services and delivery, including presales
Solid track record in managing software/QA teams (automotive or embedded preferred)
Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262/21434, and V-model
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English
Located in Bangalore (or in Pune, with availability for visits to Bangalore)

Embedded Competence Center - це організаційний підрозділ, який об'єднує понад 500 фахівців у галузі вбудованих систем. Це внутрішні сили Sii для реалізації різноманітних проектів та послуг з експертизою в технологіях вбудованих систем (C, C++, RTOS, мікроконтролери).

Наразі ми шукаємо Координатора проектів, який візьме на себе керівництво сервісами та проектами, які зосереджені на тестуванні та розробці програмного забезпечення для клієнтів автомобільної галузі.

Роль включає нагляд за реалізацією проектів відповідно до ASPICE та інших відповідних автомобільних стандартів, підтримку розподілених інженерних команд на етапах передпродажної підготовки, адаптації та експлуатації. Ви тісно співпрацюватимете зі світовими OEM-виробниками та постачальниками Tier 1, забезпечуючи високоякісне надання послуг та довгострокове задоволення потреб клієнтів.

Завдання

Управління відносинами з клієнтами та партнерами на етапах передпродажної підготовки, переходу та надання послуг
Керівництво та підтримка розподілених сервісних команд, забезпечення відповідності цілям проекту
Моніторинг ключових показників ефективності, показників якості та дотримання специфічних для клієнта процесів (наприклад, ASPICE, ISO)
Співпраця з командами розробників та інженерів для узгодження обсягу, інкрементів та технічних цілей
Сприяння нарощуванню, передачі знань та забезпечення готовності команди
Представлення перспективи доставки в технічних дискусіях та обговореннях з клієнтами

Наші очікування

Ступінь магістра в технічній або бізнес-сфері
Щонайменше 5 років досвіду роботи в ІТ-послугах та їх наданні, включаючи передпродажну підготовку
Значний досвід управління командами розробників програмного забезпечення/контролю якості (перевага надається автомобільній або вбудованій галузі)
Знання ASPICE, ISO 26262/21434 та V-моделі
Сильні навички комунікації та управління зацікавленими сторонами
Вільне володіння англійською мовою
Розташування в Бангалорі (або в Пуні, з можливістю відвідувати Бангалор)
