We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist with German language to work on one of our projects. If you have a good knowledge of German and want to gain or develop experience in the IT support area, join our team!

Your tasks

  • Remote user support for applications, operating systems and hardware
  • Active Directory/Entra ID user account management
  • Support for Office 365 and basic phone system administration
  • Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written) - prerequisite
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT technical support (can be gained through internship)
  • Knowledge of technologies: Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune
  • Interpersonal skills - communication, openness, empathy
  • Willingness to work shifts in a three-shift system (24/7)
  • Fluency in Polish language required
  • Residency in Poland required

Nice to have

  • University education or in technical studies - as a plus
