We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in development and team handling. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, along with a proven track record of leading development teams to success. The project requires working in a hybrid model from the office in Bangalore.

Your tasks

Designing, developing, and maintaining middleware solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
Integrating messaging tools like Apache Kafka and AMQ into scalable architectures
Working with relational databases such as Oracle to ensure data integrity and performance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions at speed
Contributing to the improvement of agile practices and engineering maturity across the team
Using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and Tomcat for CI/CD and deployment pipelines
Monitoring and troubleshooting using Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics

Requirements

Experience in leading and mentoring development teams in a collaborative and high-performance environment
Proficiency in full-stack development using Java, Spring, Spring Boot for back-end, and React.js, Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Styled Components for front-end
Strong skills in designing and integrating REST API services to enable seamless communication between systems
Knowledge of database management and optimization using MongoDB and JPA
Hands-on experience with real-time data processing using Kafka and application monitoring with Splunk
Familiarity with version control and CI/CD processes using GitLab
Readiness to hybrid work from the Bangalore office
